At Intimus Shredders, we stand behind the durability and security of our high-performance electronics. If your equipment does not meet your data protection needs, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Secure Packaging
Place the shredder in its original box with all internal protective foam and include the completed RMA form inside the package.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that heavy-duty freight items may require a scheduled pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
