What is the standard shipping timeframe for Intimus Shredders?
Most in-stock units ship within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight and precision of industrial shredders, larger models are shipped via freight to ensure they arrive in perfect working condition.
Do you offer international shipping for parts and equipment?
Yes, we ship our electronic shredding solutions globally. Please note that international customers are responsible for local duties, taxes, and ensuring voltage compatibility for their region.
What is the return policy for electronic shredding units?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to large industrial units, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the unit is defective.
How do I know which security level (P-rating) I need?
Security levels range from P-2 for general documents to P-7 for top-secret government data. For most corporate offices, we recommend a P-4 cross-cut shredder to balance speed and data protection.
What kind of warranty comes with an Intimus shredder?
All our machines come with a standard manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor. Additionally, many of our models feature a limited lifetime warranty on the solid steel cutting cylinders.
What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For government agencies and established corporate accounts, we also offer the option to pay via Purchase Order (PO) with Net 30 terms.
